@Wonderboutique We use the paid version of Square online so we can use our own domain. The free website is free(not counting the credit card fees),  but somewhat limited.  I think over time you would outgrow the free site and move to the paid website.  We are also a mobile business.  We work state fairs and heavily promote our website.

I've utilized both Square Online and other eCom's. It really comes down to what your need is. If you're a small business with a few locations looking to offer your existing products online, Square is perfect. If you're a larger seller, advanced use case, etc. then Square Online may not be the best solution.

 

If you're looking for resources for selling outside of the Square platforms:

  • Markets
  • Fundraisers
  • Workshops
  • Corporate offerings (gift baskets)
  • Pop ups
  • Local Chamber of Commerce
  • Subscription boxes
