Good question !
Start with Seller Information and/or Contact Information. I look for a business address, contact phone number, return policy and how my order will be shipped (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). If the seller only lists an email address and/or contact form and no other details, I usually move on. Sometimes I will search on the business name if I have doubts - one would be amazed at what good or bad details pop up. I also consider things like site navigation - is the website user friendly, do the items or services have good descriptions or photos, are there broken links or missing pages. Details like that can be frustrating and will cause customer or buyers to go elsewhere. Just some things to consider.
