Product Photos on Items

Hello, I'm having an impossible time with updating photos for the primary product image for Square Online. I cannot do it! It just freezes and won't let me do anything but upload photos. I spent 8 hours online with a customer service rep who wouldn't help me at all. Please help! It's not an internet problem.

I am tagging you both here because I saw another thread you were both helping in about pictures online.

from what I was reading in another thread your browser may be a problem. They recommend using google chrome if you don’t already!

@stjeromeschool piggybacking on Lovewell's reply, we recommend using Google Chrome when working on the Square Dashboard because this is the web browser that we optimize our tools for. Besides that, the other test you can do in order to discard any possible issues is using another device to test uploading pictures (e.g. your mobile phone in a Private or Incognito window).

 

If the issue persists after these troubleshooting steps please let me know so I may continue investigating this for you.
