New created items aren’t syncing to my website.

All new items I create aren’t syncing to my website. I talked to 5 different support agents and they all walked me through the troubleshoots but nothing worked. The section where it says “where is it sold” in the item settings doesn’t stay toggled on after I save it. I deleted my website and created a new one, I deleted the item and created a new one. Still nothing.

Hello @cal16 ,

 

As a fellow user it's bit difficult for me to try and diagnose your issue, especially if you have called into Tech Support, but just a thought to give a try....

 

Can you create an "online payment link" for any of your items, and then try to access that link from a browser incognito window to see if it's accessible?   I'm wondering if the item isn't making the web at all, or if it's just the syncing that is broken.   This might help identify where the problem is.

 

Some additional detail information in your post might help as well, such as; which Square program, are you using Square online, etc...
