I've tried everything. When I go to the items that are supposed to be in my shop and click on the 3 dots next to them and then click 'Update channels" I check the box and then try to update it but it always goes back to being unchecked. It only works on a couple items and I didn't do anything different for those items than others. What is going on? This always happens to me!

Item Configuration
- Verify item has price set
- Check item is marked as active
- Confirm item variations are properly set up
- Ensure required fields are completed

Channel Requirements
- Check item has required photos
- Verify pricing is set correctly
- Ensure descriptions are complete
- Confirm category assignment
- Are these new items or existing ones?
- Do the items have all required fields filled out?
- Are you using item variations?
- Does this happen on all browsers?

Hey there @shoptulip. So I have a suggestion that may or may not work. But, it’s worth a try.
Go to your browser’s settings and clear its history and cache. Then sign back into your dashboard and try again. There is a non-zero possibility that something is lurking there that might be getting in the way. If this does not work, then it is an issue you will need to call support about. They have the tools and visibility into your account to reproduce the issue and escalate a trouble ticket to the engineers.
