How do I edit text content in body of Items Shipped email notification?

Hello again, I thought I found the answer, but when I tried to edit the body of the email, I could not.
Where do I need to go to change the text of the Items Shipped email notification?

Per the help article, I navigate to the list of email notifications this way:
From your Square Online Overview page, go to Communications > Email & Text Alerts.

I select the 3 dots > Edit Email.

On that screen I can only Add Footer Message, Add Header Message, or Send Test Email.

I could have sworn I edited the body of the email once upon a time.

Hello @CM-Art,

 

I am happy to help! There is a lot in the email that you cannot actually edit and is auto generated depending on what the customer orders. So if you click in a field that you can't edit - that means it's going to be auto-generated by the order.

 

You do get emails without a sender profile, but you need a sender profile to be able to customize emails. When you get an email, you will be able to mark individual orders as "shipped" and it's at that point you will be able to enter the tracking number.

Hello folks! Bit by bit, I'm working on improving my online store. I have a few questions please. I've done some searches and have come up empty.

 

From the Square Online Overview page, I see Marketing, and Communications.

For now I'm going to stick with the items in Communications.

In Communications > Email & Text Alerts

- Are customers sent all of those email notifications even if I don't have the sender profile set up?
- Are only Shipped notification email sent if I toggle on "Email customer when their order is ready or shipped"? I currently don't have a Sender Profile set up, so are Shipped notifications sent or no? I sent myself a test email and even though I don't have sender profile set up, it does show the business address and contact information at the bottom.

- Am I correct in my undertsanding that when fulfilling an order through the Square Online, I can add the tracking number for the shipment and it will automatically be included in the "Items Shipped" email notification?
