Designate which categories show up on "Shop All" page?

hi there,

Is there a way to designate which categories show up on the shop all page? For example, we have events and we need them to be on the website (on our events page) but we also have an online store (selling craft supplies) and do NOT want them to appear on the 'Shop All' page. Same is true for our cafe offerings.

Hello @MPDC !

I currently use the Order Online template for my website, but I believe category visibility is the same on both it and the Shop All page.

If you go to your category list (Dashboard -> Items -> Categories) and select a category, you can choose if it is seen on your website under the "Channel Visibility" section. You can deselect the website here and it will not show online.

Yes, unfortunately this won't work for us because we DO want them to be available on the website – just not on the shop all page. We want the food to only show up on our cafe menu page. And then shop all to only feature our retail items. It would be very useful if we could choose what categories display on shop all.

Hello @MPDC 👋

The Shop All page is designed to show every item available on your store. Categories cannot be hidden in this page. 

If you need to separate different categories of items into different pages, you can create new blank pages and use the Featured category section to add categories to that page. 

You can also delete the Shop All page if it doesn't work for your business and just leave pages with featured categories visible.
