Hi @WildRadish - Thanks for reaching out to the Square Community 👋

There are some limitations to Square Subscriptions. The features listed below are not available with Subscriptions:

• Modify the price of the subscription plan after it’s been created

• Swap an item on an active subscription
  
  

Additionally, Square Online doesn't support custom code, so there isn't a way that someone could build this out for you. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news 😞
