Can I allow my customers to sign up to my store using an email and password?

I started my online store with square and I am loving it. one feature that I would like to add in my store would be a way for my customers to register for my store using their Email, Password, maybe a username, and their first and last name. this would be a great feature to add because it goes beyond just allowing them to get email notifications but will allow them to see how many points they have and be able to order off of my website without needing them to put their phone number each time.

Although you can set up an email collection tool on your site, there isn't a feature that allows customers to registers a username for your site specifically. 

Great way to personalize your customers shopping experience, though. Passing this one up to the folx in charge!
