Best video settings for smooth, high-quality uploads to square online?

I’ve been using capcut for mobile to create short promo videos for my products, and while they look great on my phone, I’m noticing that when I upload them to my Square Online store, the quality sometimes drops and the playback feels a bit choppy.

I’m not sure if this is due to the video resolution, file size, or the format I’m exporting in. Has anyone here found optimal export settings that keep videos crisp and smooth when showcasing products online?

Also, does Square automatically compress videos after upload? I want my promos to look as polished to customers as they do on my device.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

@ethan7846 A few months ago, I created animations of my logo. I uploaded one of those to my Square Online home page and noticed something similar. Another seller here suggested that I create a free CloudFlare account and link my Square site to it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this fixed my animated logo performance issues. And, if it doesn’t produce all of the desired results you want, they have paid tiers that might do the trick. They specialize in content delivery optimization.

Here is their home page. Let me know if that helps or not.

Was my post helpful? Take a moment to mark it as a possible "best answer." I hate the term, and wish we could just mark posts as "helpful." But this is our only mechanism at the moment. Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.
