Address not supported?

A business is trying to order copies of my books from my Square Store but the address is not supported when they type in their shipping information.

Why not? I've mailed them something before so I know the address is a correct address.

The browser could indeed be contributing to the issue. I've encountered similar challenges myself, not just with Square sites. As part of the troubleshooting process, if they've already tried clearing their browser history and cache, rebooting the device, and are still experiencing issues with Safari, we recommend switching to a different browser or using a different device. This often resolves the problem.

It’s great to hear your customer successfully placed their order using Google Chrome. If they or other customers continue to face issues even after trying a different browser, we recommend reaching out to Square Online Support. Our team can troubleshoot the issue with you in real time and investigate further. You can contact our Support Team at 1-855-700-6000, Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time

Hello @Evita1  I’d be happy to help. That does sound unusual. The address worked before, but now it doesn’t—could there have been a typo when entering it? If possible, could you share a photo of the error message?

Thank you Maya!

Actually I've realized something.

A friend of mine had trouble ordering a copy this evening.

Said her address was invalid. She went to her computer desktop and ordered using a Google Chrome.

I'm wondering if depending on which browser you use could that be the issue?

Square needs to investigate this.

Has anyone else had this issue in Safari, Bing, Microsoft Explorer?

Thankfully it worked and she was able to complete her transaction.
