2 Questions about Square on-line

The first question: yesterday I was trying to update the featured items on my website home page (jennypatdesigns.com) But when I go to Publish I get an error message. Same thing happens today. 

 

Second question, I know customer reviews are migrating from Weebly, or have migrated, but I can not find them. NOT the google reviews but the ones where the customer responds to a message. I have been trying to find them since 1/11/25 when a customer send one, but it won't allow me to accept or reject it.

If the problem persists, I recommend using a Google Chrome Incognito Window to confirm if that lets you update your Featured Items, and publish your website.

Can you share a screenshot of the error you're experiencing? I want to take a closer look at you. 

 

In regards to Customer Reviews these are moving over to Square Marketing. If they haven't appeared there for you by the end of this month, I recommend reaching out to our support team for them to take a closer look at the situation for you. 

 

Will keep an eye out here for your reply.

Thank You, I did open my account up using a different browser and was able to make the changes I want. It absolutely did NOT work using Chrome. 

 

Now I have a question about customer reviews again. I did find them on my account, and I have received an email with a review. But it is not showing up on the page to which the purchase was made, like they have done in the past. Is this how it will be from now on? Will the reviews only come directly to my email and not show up on the website?
