Hi @Ad9!
We often get questions about how Square data syncs to Xero through Amakaโs integration. While we canโt provide specific support for the integration itself, Iโm happy to point you in the right direction so you can connect with their team for more detailed help.
From what you've described, it sounds like there's some category overlap - for example, meditation classes appears to be showing both under โSquare Salesโ and again as a sub-category or separate line item. On the Square side, itโs worth checking your item and service setup to see if thereโs any duplication, such as having a Category named meditation class and an Item called meditation classes.
By default, Amaka may sync all Square sales into a general account like โSquare Salesโ in Xero, unless youโve customised product or category-level mappings. Once youโve cleaned up your item names or categories in Square, I recommend reaching out to Amaka directly for assistance in configuring your mapping rules to ensure everything is routed correctly in Xero.
