Square online logo image upload attempt resulting in 'Your connection is not private' error

I have an image to upload to Square Online as my logo. The image uploads ok if I use it for an item image on Square Online. When I try and upload the same image, or any other image for my logo in the header or footer on Square Online it only shows a error image and text which is 'my business name logo'. If I right click this an then press 'open image in new window' the new window opens with this:

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're running into @linc7787

Have you already published your Square Online site, or is this behaviour occurring when previewing it?

Also, have all edits been made on the same device? For troubleshooting, have you tried logging out of your Square account, clearing your browser history and cache, and then logging back in to try again?

If you've already tried the steps above and the issue persists, I recommend checking that the image you're attempting to upload meets our requirements outlined below:

a) Square supports the following file types for item images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF.

b) Images can be up to 20MB, but we recommend 500KB or less for faster webpage loading speeds.

c) Images can be up to 2560 x 2560 pixels. We recommend at least 2000 x 2000 pixels with a 1:1 aspect ratio.

If neither the image nor the browser seems to be contributing to the issue, please share a link to your site in your reply, and I'll review this further with my team.

Another related issue. After posting the original post I tried to create a photo gallery page. When I try to upload any images they just appear as flashing grey boxes on my site.

The same images worked when I uploaded them as images for the items on my web page.

Uploading video to a banner on my website also worked.

What is going on?
