Square is Overselling my Stock
Hello! I've been using Square since Jan 2022. I’m having an issue only my last three shop updates where my site sells more of an item than I have listed as available. For instance, In my November shop update I had 7 of a specific item in inventory and the site sold 8. In December it sold 1 extra of 1 item as well and in this mornings update it sold 4 extra items. When I go look at the inventory it lists things as -1 or we even had a -2 today. Why does it do that? I only have as many of the item as I put in inventory and this leaves me in a super difficult spot where Im either trying to see if I can make more OR I have to reach out to the customer and tell them I don't actually have the item they purchased and issue refunds etc. This is not good for my business and I am hoping there is a simple fix so it doesn't continue to happen, otherwise I need to explore other web hosting options.
