Square continually changing availability of features
I am TOTALLY sick to death of Square changing account settings and product features of account holders.!!
You CANNOT keep changing what features are available, or more accurately suddenly just turning features off when small businesses have established their services and procedures based on what Square is offering.!
I now need to subscribe to Plus at $40/month, then Invoices at $40/month (because Square REFUSE to allow printable pdf receipts), and NOW I also have to pay that for two locations where I am using the very same calendar for all appointments. That is a whopping $160/month or $1420 AUD per annum.
Square has just become a very poor business investment for a constantly changing customer platform where no guarantees are provided that they will not change the features yet again...
Time to look for another program that is much more consistent in its dealings with business
