Hi,
I created a a few coupon for the Square Online Store. We are in Australia and today is 1st of Sep.
I created the coupon validate from 31st of Aug to 7th of Sep.
However, for the whole day, I still can't use the coupon. It gives me error that it is "Not yet available".
Any ideas?

Thanks for your message. This is actually a bug we're hoping to get fixed soon.
The issue here is that the start of the "day" is based on a US timezone (I believe it's Pacific Time) which means the coupon should actually be active now!

I am having the same issue and whenever I’ve asked for proper support from the website they don’t understand the issue. Why are coupon codes not working? This is because of the dates - why can’t it apply to the real time in which our store is operating from - i.e AUSTRALIA

It is November 21 in Australia and I cannot still send coupons. It says "Error". Any ideas?

So I can look further into this, can you confirm what steps you're taking to send a coupon? Is it via the Square Online dashboard, or in response to customer feedback?
