Item Sync Issue: Deleted Items Still Appearing Online

I'm adding new items and they are not appearing on my website. They are all marked as visible. It's taking up to 24hrs for items to sync between the item list and my website which is really annoying. Is there a problem or is there a way to speed this up?

Just to clarify, did this issue start recently, or have you been experiencing it for a while? Also, once the item does appear, does it stay visible online without further issues?

While we often suggest these troubleshooting steps to resolve visibility issues, this sounds more like a syncing issue. Iโ€™d like to check in with our team to get some additional insight.

Could you please share the URL to your site and the name of an item that recently took up to 24 hours to appear? With that info, we can investigate further.

Hi 

 

itโ€™s recent but Iโ€™ve only been on square for a short time Iโ€™m a new customer

once items sync they stay the sync just seems to take up to days to occur. Now I  just have 2 old items now that wonโ€™t go awayโ€ฆ even though Iโ€™ve deleted them from items they are still showing on the site like a week later

To help us file a ticket, could you please confirm the following:

1. The names of the items you deleted that are still appearing on your live site.
2. If you have recently added a new item that hasnโ€™t synced yet, please provide its name as an example. If all items have now synced, could you share the name of one of the last items you added and the date it was initially added?

This information will assist our team in checking your logs and determining what may be causing the delay.

Iโ€™d also like to mention that we recently addressed a disruption in Square Online related to item syncing delays, which has been resolved as of today. It's possible the issues you were seeing were related to this, however, if you continue to experience these issues, please respond with the requested information.

The 2 products still showing are 

 

1. Test - $10 "Out of Stock"

2. Regular Eggs - $5 - "pre-order 22 Sept"

 

All the items i've been adding and changing since these 2 went up are syncing OK now. It's just these 2 that won't stop showing on the "Shop All" page. They do not come up on any category pages
