For some reason my categories are not appearing on my square website. All of my services appear under one category instead of in their designated category. I've double checked to make sure they are assigned to the different categories, and they are, but on the website it shows them all under one category. I've even tried to edit through Square Sites and arrange their order through there but still no avail. I don't know what caused this as a couple of days ago all of the service items were categorized properly under their respective categories and now they're just under one big category.

We had a brief disruption to our services on Monday that impacted Sellers using Square Appointments.
As a result, pre-assigned categories were missing on some Booking Sites. All bookable services are listed under ‘Other’, despite ‘Other’ were not appearing as one of their predefined categories within the Dashboard or the Site Editor.
This has now been fully resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Can you let me know if you can see the categories now?

All of my categories have been gone for about a month now although they still show in the dash.. Links to categories do not work either. This is in addition to a very slow performing website for the entire year. All I ever hear is that they are working on it. At least be honest with us and tell us exactly what is going on and how long we can expect before this is finally fixed.....!!
