Every few months I get a customer who cannot place an order due to something wrong with the address field not accepting their address. Every few months I make a post to complain that forced address verifications are costing me business and the order should be processed with a flag on my end for verification or special handling!
Today customer called, order will not go through, error in the address box and wont accept her order - I offered them an invoice and took their order over the phone - How many customers do I lose because they don't call?
PLEASE fix this issue! @Summer2024 obligatory tag ๐
