coupon code for a penny

I do fundraisers occasionally and in the past was able to do a coupon code for 1 penny. This allowed me to give the organization a coupon code. I could run the report for their coupon code so that I could cut their check at the end of the fundraiser.  Now, a dollar minimum is required. I do not want to give a dollar off and give their percentage for the fundraiser.  I have over 1000 items on my website that they can choose from.  I requested to customer service few months ago to allow the penny again. the dollar minumum is still there. Is there a work around for this?

Have you considered doing the $1 discount code and then adjusting the payout percentage for the fundraiser? This may be the easiest workaround as there is currently no plans to bring back the penny discount option.
