August 2025 Square Loans

Any insight on August loan trends and eligibility processes? 90% paid on our 3rd loan, monthly sales are actually higher than any month ever by a few thousand dollars but based off fewer larger sales. So processing volume is actually stating needs work and not green. Chances of seeing a new loan before those metrics are up?

I just looked back and mine is usually right around 1-2pm like clockwork and today was 4:15 pm. Later, but still updated. I don't mean to sound stupid but you did process a payment through the terminal or stand correct?

Honestly, holiday weeks are usually later for the majority from Thursday -Saturday. Wednesday is pretty decent i counted 10 offers today on all the loans board. Hopefully Thursday and Friday kick out like the way the last 2 weeks have. This has been the same pattern for 3 years now. Good luck there are 5 of you I have been watching

That’s great to hear!  Do you know what the percentage range was on the 10 loan offers today by chance?

You won't believe the range! 67% was the lowest to complete paid off. The majority was upper 60s to 70s! A complete turnaround. All businesses I was tracking increased sales by 2-3 xs, volume and dollar amount of sales up. Strong, healthy business that were growing. I received one 2 weeks ago 67/68% but 3x plus the sale, dollar amount of swipes 2x higher. It's my busy season. This started for us about last August with business just taking off. I have a hard time accepting an offer at 60% range and rolling over almost all my 3x higher offer. If I needed it of course that's what its there for. The April loan offer was 91/92 % paid off and 3x higher. Yep, ill take that and stock up for the winter. Please keep me posted I've been trying to follow you.

Thank you for the reply. After the long summer of 2023 with being paid off for months and not getting an offer always sets my anxiety way high. On my 3rd loan since then and hoping to keep the ball rolling and not be that person again who is paid off and waiting again. I swear that was the longest year and I was glued to the community waiting for an offer. Business has been great since then and the new location is great as well! Looking forward to our grand opening this weekend expecting sells to be great but really could use an offer to over stock on product. Sitting at 73% right now I’m finally under $2000 being owed. Hoping for a miracle!!  Thank you for being so active in this community I always look for your post cause they are very helpful!

Thank you! That was the summer that started one long dry summer and boom about August or September its kicks in. This is year 3 of the same. I'll be honest with you it was hard, frustrating, and utterly baffling watching you wait and wait and get passed by. I was so happy when you finally got someone to dig into and get to the bottom. No, up until two weeks ago it was 90ish to paid off. Then now, it's all over but moving. Good luck. As soon as i saw your post I have been watching. What % are you now?

I’m at 73% now last offer came in at 61% and the one before that was right at 60% so I’m hoping there’s one coming soon. Maybe after our busy weekend 🙏

You are 100% correct after a holiday. A few trickle in on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday -Saturday are usually better. Glad to hear all is running smoothly now. It looks like they corrected it. Now, it's up to the algorithm. Good luck and there's to a great end of the week for you!
