Messages fail to send

I am have an issue with clients being able to send our shop messages on Square Appointments, but when we got to reply it does not let us send the message. Please help as this has always been our main way of communication and keeping up with appointment information to keep everything in order.

I would also like to add that I reached out via chat and phone with no help on either end. I was told on chat to call the same number 3 times. When you call the number given it is an automated message that sends you a text to then yet again chat with someone. On each occasion I was told that Square Appointments does not offer chat support. Make that make sense.

've been having the same error messages for 2 weeks now, square, get your sh!t together.

You have waited longer than I am willing to. My issue only started about a week ago. I am currently looking for another platform to switch over to as this has taken far too long to get under control. Any suggestions? Haha
