Our massage clients think they are paying online with the 'checkout screen.'

Hello,

 

Is there anyway to adjust the 'checkout' screen when our clients are booking there appointment online. we are still consistently having clients come in who think they are paying online when they put in there card details...the checkout screen isn't clarifying the fact that they are not paying they are just holding the appointment..

 

even a little checkbox would be great saying, "i understand i will pay in person.'

At this time, modifying the Checkout Page verbiage is considered a feature request. My best advice is to add this disclaimer to the Service Description so it is visible to your customers when booking.

 

I can also recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request. 

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
