Is there prioritization for resources?

We have many massage rooms, three of the rooms have 2 beds for couples massages or can be used for single massages when all other single rooms are full.   Also, one of the couple rooms has a divider so we can close it off to use as two single rooms, but once closed off as single rooms for one bed it no longer can be booked for a couple.  Do you have some prioritization of resources that can handle this?   

For single massages, I want to book the single rooms first and if none left than the split couples room and next the other couples rooms. I don't see any way to designate this.   Lastly if the split couple room is being used for a single person I need to remove it from being available for a couple.  Any solution?

This is all stuff that can be automated easily, but sitting there and figuring it out manually can make you pull your hair out all day.
