Id like to schedule an appointment that costs differently for varying membership types. I'd also like to include cancellation fees. How do I create "what if" scenarios within an appointment I schedule on the calendar. These are tennis clinics that are offered for 12 max people who could either be members or guests. Members are free. Guest pay a fee. If member signup and dont show up though, I want to charge a cancellation fee. TIA

A couple of follow-up questions about your services - do you want customers to be able to book on their own or strictly just have you book them?
You're able to make variations whenever you set up the service.
When it comes to cancellation/no show fees you can set them up for your service specifically. Check out this Support Article with more information.

I want customers to be able to book and pay based on their membership type and confirm spot once what/ if's are fulfilled. Okay, I'll check out the articles.
