A moderator has changed the original title "APPOINTMENTS" to "Is there a way to view two different locations for booking on Square Appointments?"
IS THERE A WAY TO ALLOW 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON SQUARE APPOINTMENTS. FOR EXAMPLE, IF I GO TO BOOK A PARTY AS A CUSTOMER, IS THERE A WAY I CAN SEE BOOKINGS FOR EACH LOCATION? I HAVE ADDED THE LOCATION, STAFF, LINKED STAFF TO THAT LOCATION AND I AM COMING UP BLANK.

Yes, you can set up and manage multiple locations in Square Appointments. I am going to list some steps and best practices. I know you have probably done some of these steps, but I want to make sure any other Sellers that stumble upon this thread have all of the information from start to finish.
Step 1: Verify Location Setup
- Go to your Square Dashboard
- Navigate to "Locations"
- Confirm both locations are properly activated
- Ensure each location has a complete business profile
Step 2: Configure Appointments Settings
- Go to Appointments > Settings
- Select "Multiple Locations"
- Enable "Allow customers to book at multiple locations"
- Set specific booking settings for each location
Step 3: Staff Assignment (I know you said you already did this, just including the steps for other Sellers)
- Go to Appointments > Staff
- Select each team member
- Under their profile, click "Locations"
- Assign them to appropriate locations
- Set specific availability for each location
Step 4: Service Menu Setup
- Go to Appointments > Services
- Configure services for each location
- Ensure pricing and duration are set correctly
- Specify which services are available at each location
If customers can't see both locations:
- Check your booking site settings
- Verify the location toggle is enabled
- Ensure the booking flow includes location selection
