I'm looking to set up automations after appointments using Make.com or Zapier

I'm looking to create automations after I have closed a clients appointment. For example, I would like to send an email to follow up with client the next day and a leave us a google review email after three days. Can anyone tell me the best way to make this happen?

Currently, Make.com isn’t listed in our app marketplace. However, Zapier is available, and I found a thread where sellers discuss the integration in more detail. The seller community also has several discussion boards about the integration, so feel free to explore those for additional insights.

 

For further assistance, Zapier’s support team would be a great resource since they manage the integration. But if you have other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Square Community.

 

Additionally, Square offers features to collect Google Reviews, and if you have an online site, your customers can leave reviews there as well. However, this process isn’t automated. If automation is something you’d like to see, feel free to submit a feature request on our Ideate Board.

I use Zapier with Square appointments. When an appointment is closed, we use Salesmessage to import the number & text the client with a delay of 2 days. This is where you could add the review request and follow up. Hope that helps!
