How to send automatic forms with Square Appointments?

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "How can I set autoreplies to send to appointment requests off of my website?"

 

I'm a tattoo artist and I'm basically trying to set it so that my clients fill out the "appointment request" block available on the square website customizer and then an auto reply sends them instructions back. It could be a form of some kind or literally just a copy paste auto response telling them what to do next as an auto response to the website form entry. Please help lol

With Square Appointments you can automatically send digital contracts once a new appointment is booked with your business for free from your online Square Dashboard. You can choose to send the form to any customer or customers who haven’t completed the form before. You can also choose to send the form for any booked service or choose specific services.

To get started:

  1. Go to Contracts on your Online Square Dashboard
  2. Create a contract template for a location by going Templates > Create a template.
  3. Fill out the template and contract details, then click Save.
  4. Once the Contract template is created and saved, go to your Square Appointments Dashboard > Select Settings > Communications.
  5. Under Forms, click Add a form to add one of the templates you’ve previously created and saved. Click Continue.
  6. Choose your preferences for Customers and Services, then click Save.

You can go back to Digital contracts at any time to view, edit, or remove your contract templates for appointments. You can read more about sending digital customer contracts with Square Appointments. You can send these forms along with your booking confirmations and booking reminders as well.
