Is there a way to set up a pre-paid option for a service where the customer can book at a later date

I am offering two specific pre-paid services, and custom gift cards. I want to keep them separate. 

 

Setting them up as appointments or services require the customer to book at the time of purchase, and I want them to be able to book at a time of their choosing. 

 

Ideally I would like to offer the two pre-paid services as two separate gift cards for the services. At the moment I have it set up like this which is really inefficient. Screenshot of 1 class voucher.png

Is there another way to do it? 

 

Are vouchers/coupons just for discounts? Should I add them as 'items' to the website and ask the customer to contact me so I can book them in manually?

With a Square Appointments Plus or Premium subscription, you can create Packages to offer prepaid services or classes. You can design a package to include as few or as many classes as you like (e.g., a 1-class, 3-class, or 5-class package), redeemable over a period of your choosing (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months). Once a customer purchases a package from your site, Square will link the package to a matching customer record in your Customer Directory. If no record exists, a new one will be created. When the customer books an eligible class online, the package will be automatically applied at the checkout.

Correct - the Packages feature is only available with a Square Appointments Plus or Premium subscription. It's not available on the free version of Appointments.
