On my customer display it shows the name of my business in the middle of the screen. Where can you remove that so when I upload and add my logo to the customer display screen in branding, it adds the image only. At the moment I have my image i uploaded and then the my business hame that was previously on beofre i uploaded my image. Is this a default setting? I want to turn it off so it doesnt obstruct my image.

It looks like you’ve successfully added an image to your customer display using these steps:
1. Go to the Account & Settings tab in your Square Dashboard, and navigate to Business Information > Locations. Select the location you’d like to update.
2. Scroll down to Point of Sale Checkout Background and hover over the image box.
3. Click the + icon in the image box.
4. Add your image(s) and click Save.
To achieve your desired outcome, let's try adjusting some settings on the Square Register itself. Could you give the following a go on your Square Register?
1. Go to Settings > Hardware > Customer Display.
2. You should see the options "Show Business Name on Idle Screen" and "Show Profile Image on Idle Screen."
Try selecting the second option and let me know if this removes the business name. If it doesn't, I'll reach out to my team to see if there's another way to achieve this.
When writing back, could you please include a photo of your customer display screen? You can attach it to your reply by clicking the Camera icon. That would be really helpful! 🙂
