Categories have disappeared and no longer linked to shop now page

Hoping someone can help as I have tried everything.

Categories are grey and I’m unable to press them. They’re also not listed on the side bar, it is blank.

I cannot link my shop now button to the category page that I want to, yet when I go on each individual item, it is listed under the correct category (I have 3 categories, all I cannot get to)

please please help, I was so close to publishing my website and small business and now I can’t 😞

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your online store!

While I'm not quite sure what may be happening here, your best bet on getting help would be to contact our support team - they will be able to log into your Square Online overview and see how things are appearing and what you may need to change to resolve any issues!

You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email:

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"

For this one I'd recommend either phone or live chat for live help - it may otherwise take a bit of back and forth to get to the bottom of things via email, and we want you up and running ASAP!

3 years ago and we are still having the same issue right now that you were then. Did you ever get any type of resolution or did you have to jump ship?
