All my settings are to Brisbane time zone. So why is Square changing my appointments?

I have just made an appointment for 9.30 15 October 2021 and the email reminder sent to my customer has moved it forward an hours to 10.30am!

We don't have daylight savings in Brisbane and the customers address is also Queensland.

I need to fix this urgently.

I have the same problem it says all my appointments are created in Sydney although I am in Qld it has changed all my repeating appointment to 1 hour ahead although I am set to Brisbane time. How do I solve this ?
