Can I add a notification for each customer's birthday in Square Appointments?

How do I put a notification on my birthdays for each cudtomers? Need it to give me a reminder on the day, that’s it’s their birthday on my square appointments?

Currently, birthday notifications aren’t available within Square Appointments. I would recommend checking out the Feature Request Board for Square Appointments to see if this request already exists. If it does, feel free to comment on the existing feature request and why this request would be beneficial for your business. If you do not see an existing feature request, feel free to add it and invite other sellers to comment on your thread.

In the meantime, your Customer Directory lets you add timestamped notes to your customers’ profiles and reminders to revisit those notes in the future. You can learn more about managing your Customer Directory here.

Alternatively, you could add your client's birthday to Google Calendar as an event and sync it with your Appointments Calendar. More details on syncing a Google Calendar with Square Appointments are available in this Support Center article.
