My Square Retail POS had pretty buttons and pictures so my cashiers could easily choose the items or categories being purchased. Yesterday 7/15 Square was down for 2-3 hours (during business hours of course) for an update. When it came back up, my POS display is entirely different!! I had to add "favorites" again and they are only on a scrollable list on the left side of the screen. Anyone know how to revert back to the previous interface???
Hello @lzwooo thanks for your post. I understand how this change would be very frustrating; a change like this can disrupt workflows with employees used to a certain workflow. There are a couple things you can try...
