I've creates a cancellation policy for my services based business that i have entered and saved into the refund policy section where you can customise the receipts, but despite multiple tests, it isn't showing at the bottom of any estimates or invoices on email or the web.
I originally had issues as it wouldn't save as it exceeded the maximum character length, so i condensed it to fit into 1000 characters, and even though its saved its not showing.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for your message!
Any info you put on your receipt won't automatically be copied across to Invoices, however you can also include a custom message on your Invoices and Estimates!
To do this go to Invoices on your Dashboard then customise what appears under "Message" under both "Invoices" and "Estimates":
