Pending deactivation, what should i do?

we have been successfully running our business with no issues since September 2020, but today, out of nowhere we received a "pending deactivation" notice. I called immediately and was passed off from customer to account services to be told "you'll get an email within 1-3 days" I cried after the call as i felt hopeless, no one seems to care? A few hours later i received an email basically saying "you need to address health claims throughout web presence" I honestly have no idea what that means, we sell perfume and jewelry, and tarot cards. Please, i have many employees relying on this steady paycheck just to get by, business has been grindingly slow... and now this? i feel like im going to have a mental breakdown, i've already asked my business attorney to help me look over the policy and we still cant figure out what exactly we did wrong, were going over all our items and still nothing. We are at a loss. I would really appreciate some help. My whole body is shaking I'm so nervous and i can't stop crying. I don't want to disappoint my employees or my customers.

hi there its bee 2 weeks and i have still not received adiquate assistance with this matter. I've gone through everything and made sure to delete any and everything that could be misconstrued as "health claims" i received yet another notice that my account will be deactivated. i have not received a phopne call, i have not received instructions, i have only gotten 2 emails with one sentence, vague instructions to "remove health claims on web presence" i have already none thi and i am still being punished and threatened with deactivation. can someone please help me.

I was not able to locate a website for your business with Square Online, but if you have any other presence on the web (like social media or a website hosted with a different platform), make sure to review everything that has been posted there, including older posts, and remove any health claims. 

While the items you mention above are not often associated with health claims, look for any claim that an item you are selling can perform a supernatural or metaphysical act or can be used in a way that is outside the normal physical limitations of the item.

My council and I have gone through everything now with a fine tooth comb on our website and socials, we have deleted everything and anything that could be possibly misconstrued as such. We've deleted everything to be safe and at this point this seems a bit extreme... but i guess if thats what it takes to keep our business open we have to remove any and all social medias, which is unfortunate. a lot of our posts are satire and funny to catch attention, but i suppose it is what it is....
