Funds not accessible due to random account review

Apparently my account was randomly put under review and I have no access to funds collected during the time of the review.  Since 2010 I've been with Square and never experienced like this. Zero warning, two business days, on a Friday, meaning no access to my funds until Tuesday.  If I could have at least gotten some heads up or SOMETHING....

 

Any one else???

😭. an email/heads up would be nice… luckily payroll isn’t until next Friday, but still extremely frustrating

They are literally experiencing technical issues. I have payments not going to my account sitting in limbo because of this “review” no notification at all this is frustrating on a FRIDAY

I knew it was all a mess when the rep didn’t mention a “review” until I said where are my funds and after five holds I was told oh your under review

Omg!! SAME! I noticed on Tuesday that I hadn’t received funds since Friday morning. No email from square. No phone calls. I call them and they tell me my account is under review and my funds are on hold. Told I need to verify information. I verify. Then they tell me it’ll be corrected in 24 hours. Today, still no funds. Call again. Now I’m told 1-2 more business days. It’s absolute BS!

I am currently having this same issue . Woke up to my account being frozen & can’t access the funds but yet they expect us to still check out customers even tho they won’t pay us our money! It’s starting feel like I am being scammed by this company & no matter how many times you call everybody just tell you to wait … which is the worst excuse ever! They don’t even give you a reason as to why it’s under review
