I am from Belgium, called weebly in the us 3 times, I only got music for 15 minutes. Very lousy after sales service !

I'm not sure what our hold times are like right now, though you might have needed to wait a little longer before getting routed to a customer success advocate. We also have live chat in our Help Center if you'd prefer to not wait on the phone, though. Sorry for the wait!

There is no chat line help option on the website! Why do you keep saying there is when there isn't unless I am blind. It says there is but it isn't. I'm from Australia

Hi @Dude Sorry for the confusion. It looks like you created the support tickets after the support center was closed. Since no chat agents were available the request was automatically redirected to the email team. It does look like a rep has responded to your request, though. Phone, email, or chat is not accessible. What is going on Weebly? Extremely dissapointing. A friend of mine asked if I liked Weebly and would recommend it for his site. I have to admit that after 2 days of trying to contact anyone using all kinds of manners, I would not recommend Weebly as readily as I once would have. Am extremely dissapointed with the service.

You should hear back soon again from our team, @taniadawn, although I took a look at your issue and it looks like your Registrar only added one of the DNS records they needed. They should also update the A record for the WWW subdomain to point to the .65 IP address.

None of those options you listed Adam actually work.

It is now 2021 and I am likely going to completely close my account and websites due to the ridiculousness of what you seem to 'think' is customer service. 

There is NO number to call. There is NO let's chat link that they claim you simply need to click.

There is NO email anyone can find to even SEND one! I have spent a long time being rerouted in their site to be told under the help support search that I need to go back to square one and down the rabbit hole I go AGAIN! Only to end up right where I was before, which is a dead end. 

How ON EARTH is this issue NOT mentioned in ANY website builder review that I used BEFORE choosing Weebly??? Do they pay those people off or something? 

Currently, my issue is I PAID for a custom domain earlier this week and it has not been up and running without the weebly.com added to it, though they got their money from me on Monday. All I wish is to get it resolved and here I am running around online through the rerouting process to avoid helping their customers AT ALL. I no longer trust the company nor the website platform to start my business because business is about THE CUSTOMERS and SUPPORTING THEM. Period.

We have an article in our support which which explains the steps to follow to contact our support team. While logged into the support site, click on the contact us, enter a question, then scroll down past the suggested answers if they don't answer your question. You'll see a button that states something like "I still need help". Click that and you will see an option for email and depending on the time and your account, you'll also see live chat and possibly phone (phone is only available for accounts with a site upgraded to Pro or higher).

The phone number is available online, but you have to be logged into your account in order to generate your account pin. We typically do not post the phone number for this reason, since you won't be able to get through to the team unless you enter your pin. Pins are only good for 30 minutes, and will refresh if needed.

You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.

I am having trouble with customer service help too. I am not getting any response to the help centre "contact us" button though I have sent 3 requests for help which are supposed to connect to our email address. There is no live chat option and no phone number for Australia even though it is advertised. How can I get intouch with someone?

I dont have domain options and support not answering mhy emails. I also have no option for live chat, I tried logging in at night and during the day to no avail!  I have now cancelled my subscription as without this support, how do I run a good website!  I am in Australia.

I cannot find anywhere on my dashboard how to get to my DNS settings for my domain. I pay AUD 9.99 every month to you via Apple and still cannot access anything. I am trying to change my domain to WIX who actually respond to support calls. Help!

Hi @tashdharma I'm sorry to hear you have had a difficult time trying to get through to support! What is the name of the domain you are trying to edit? There are no domains in the account you are currently logged into. The domain connected to your website is registered through www.crazydomains.com and if this is the domain you need to edit you will want to login to their site.

Thanks for posting, @Q-Avery. In regards to the question you submitted, you can see what font and styles are being used if you go to the Theme tab and click on "Change Fonts" then click on the particular text you want to see styles for.

I share your frustration. I'm in Australia and I've tried to access my website online numerous times and the net says it can't access/find it and I can't get anyone from weebly to contact for help. What terrible service. Sounds like it might be time to go elsewhere. Nila
