My web site is for my church. We post our Sunday sermons on the site. It takes for ever to upload the sermons, and sometimes has to be restarted 2 to 3 times (because it freezes) before it will finish.
Once I drag the audio icon over I click on the player, up pops a box, I click upload and another box appears, I drag the file to be uploaded to that box. Like above it takes forever for the file to upload, and most of the time it freezes, and I have to delete everything and start over the process.
Am I doing it wrong? Any suggestions on making it easier?

Hmm... Do you notice other sites or online activites being slow as well? Which browsers did you try?
Sorry about this - I'm glad we can troubleshoot together!

That gels with the upload timing out, although I can see how that would be less than optimal when adding audio. Thanks for the extra info!

This might be a speed releated issue, could you run a quick test for us at the following site: http://sf.testmy.net/SmarTest/combinedAuto
Once you do that, use the following page to find out how to take a screenshot of the results: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
Then, post them here as a reply using the 'Photos' button to attach it:

I have had issues similar to this while uploading pictures. I use Firefox as my main browser, with a number of extensions - too many to mention! Don't know if it's one of the extensions or just Firefox, but when I used Chrome or IE to upload I had no problems at all.

If you could follow the steps that @Starworshipper included for you, that would really help us troubleshoot the issue with you! Please post again with the screenshot when you get a chance.
Thank you!

What kind of internet connection are you using? Is it wireless? It looks like from your screenshots your connection is a little spotty and would likely make uploads a little slow.
It's also worth trying @tonylt92's suggestion and using a different browser, too.

The only issue I've noticed is when uploading an audio file to the web page. It will sometimes freeze or just stop and start over. When it does this I have to delete the player and start over for it to work.

Hello. I'm new here. I just created a site for our church. For our sermons, I'm using a blog page type. Each sermon is really a blog entry. I've not had the problems you've mentioned. Is this is way your sermon page is set-up? http://www.medwaybaptist.org/sermons
If not, then you might want to consider it. I have comments turned off. However, some of the features include auto archiving and tags for the blogs (sermons) for better searching. I'm not using the tags yet.
