Website not working on mobile devices

Hi, I've recently embeded a newsletter sign up form (through Mailchimp) on my website (www.stephaniethullen.com), and it works fine on laptops/desktops, but not on mobiles.  The form can be filled in, but  clicking on the button doesn't do anything.  Any ideas how I can fix this.  Thanks.

Which page of your site is the form on, @sthullen? I found some buttons and a link in your navigation about the newsletter, but they open the form in a new window for me.

Hi Adam, thanks for your reply.  I ended up changing my newsletter sign up from an embeded form to a separate page and that seems to work now!  Thank you.
