Change menu text on one-page template?

Is there a way to change the menu text on a one-page template? The default is 'Section 1', 'Section 2', etc.

If those are page titles (and I assume they are even if that's a custom theme), then you should be able to change those simply by changing the page titles on the Pages tab.

Since they technically aren't pages (and only part of the 'One-Page' header type), there isn't a page in the pages directory where it could be renamed.

Since it's a custom theme you probably need to edit those by editing the theme, I would guess. Did you make the theme yourself or get it through a third party? They should be able to help you find where to update that text.
