Thanks for trying that, .  I think it's this image+text element on your home page causing the trouble:

Try draggin the image out of the element so you have separate image and text elements, one on top of the other, then re-publish.

Hi TraceyG,

First of all, thank you so much for what you provide! As someone with loved ones who have been through breast cancer

and masectomies, it is good to see this service.

Okay, now to your question... can you try going to the Theme Gallery, choosing ANY other theme, and then hit PUBLISH?

Then go back to the Theme Gallery, select Haberdasher again, and re-publish.

Our senior team is confident this will solve the issue. But if it doesn't, we will continue to troubleshoot.

Hi I'm using birdseye because I bought the one page nav app (which is becoming problematic) but anyway...I was told that birdseye will adjust, but when you go to mobile, you can only see half of my webiste:

Any clue how to fix...

What are the dimensions of your images?

 they're high res: 7058 px x 4711 px  |  23.5″ x 15.7″ @ 300 dpi  |  JPEG

What should they be?  I still want to keep the quality...though

You can drop the DPI to 72 since a computer isn't going to show it at anything other than 72. That will make the image load faster, although it won't change how an image is cropped.  The cropping is actually do to the change in screen ratio for mobile devices, particularly when in portrait mode. If you rotate your phone to landscape you'll see more of your background image.
