I browsed the old thread about this and tried the slolutions mentioned but nothing seems to work. Can someone take a look? Hamburger on mobile phone was working last week. Just noticed today it doesn't show the drop down when clicked.
I switched to a few standard themes but that didn't fix the problem.

To publish to a subdomain means giving your copied website a name such as myname.weebly.com and then hit publish

So, in the site edit, the submenus drop down as I expect but not when I publish. If I switch to a different theme (any theme) there are no drop down submenus at all when looking at desktop site edit in Weebly, although they are there in the mobile version of the site. It is as if something has interfered with the hover attribute, except not in the version of the site in edit. Something is in the edit version that isn't getting copied across when I publish. Or something is being overridden in the publishing.

I think I see the copy site you made and it looks like you successfully assigned it a subdomain. All you need to do now is publish and then we can check the live versions.

Hi Bernadette, so sorry to bother you but the menu button on our website is also not working and I can't seen to fix the problem. Would you be able to take a look and help me out, if I send you the website page?

I was having the same problem then I realized I built the whole website into the header and that was causing the problem. Hope this helps.

Hi @HU-StrayDog You are using Weebly through a third party hosting company. Weebly employees do not have access to your account, nor is your site hosted on our servers. You will need to reach out to Pair Domains, but it does look like they have phone support available. https://www.pairdomains.com/contact.html

Hi @Mere It's possible something in the custom code is conflicting with mobile navigation. Do you remember what was changed in the css/html area? We might be able to provide an alternative to editing the theme code.

Thank you for your reply! That is possible.
I changed two things:
1. We connected our footer newsletter to constant contact (this has since been removed)
2. We did some coding to remove the prices from the products on our website.
Will you be able to look into our css and see where the conflict is?

I actually can't go through your code, but instead of editing the code to change the price removal you can try adding the code snippet to Settings>SEO>Header. I believe you would just need to wrap the code in <style> </style> open/close tags. If you add this information through the Settings tab it will prevent the theme from being "customized". You would also need to revert back to a standard Weebly theme and publish so that we can continue to test on mobile.

Thank you again for your help!
I can definately do that. When I revert back to the standard Weebly theme...is there an easy way to maintain my color/font edits? Or will I not lose this when I revert back?

As long as you did not edit the color/font through html/css it should retain.

Hi Bernadette,
The mobile nav isn't working on my site either. Any chance you can take a look? The site is hosted by a 3rd party but they can't seem to figure out the problem. I've tried with multiple standard themes to no avail. www.aliciasmassotherapy.com
Thank you!

Hi @cbake 👋
We have limited access to third party hosted sites, but I can see that the site is using a custom theme. I'm assuming there is something in the code that broke the mobile navigation. Do you remember what you edited under the html/css section?
I recommend switching the site to a standard theme, then check the site after a republish. If the mobile navigation is working, you will need to go through your code edits to make sure it is coded properly.
