Hello @MegaPiggyYT !

There may be a number of reasons why your site editor isn't loading.  Sometimes it has to do with an extension installed in your browser or a virus definition update from adblocker or similar software.  I recommend you try a private/incognito browsing window to see if that helps.  Also, please be sure you're using the most recent version of your browser.

You might need to clear your browser cache and cookies and disable extensions, particularly pop-up blockers, in your browser for it to work properly in a standard window.

If you're not sure how to clear your cache, take a look here:

http://www.refreshyourcache.com/

Your firewall or network connection may also be a source of loading issues.  Are you attempting to access Weebly while on a different network than what you usually use?  Some office or school networks have strict firewalls that may block access.

If you try the above suggestions and still encounter issues, please reach out to us by submitting a ticket and including as much detail as possible in your request.  Or, you may reach out directly to me by sending me a Private Message here in our Community.  Please include the email address you use to log in to Weebly and the URL for your site.

Thanks and have a great weekend!

Pete D.

I have also done all this, tried different computers and different browsers. The editor won't load and I am in the middle of announcing the most important event of our year. Please help.

Yep. I've done all these suggestions too! So frustrating! For ten days now, when I try to edit my site, I just get a blank white page! I'm pulling my hair out!

It seems like that only happens for you as a site editor, @eleattadiver, and not when I log in as the site owner. Can you contact the site owner and have them remove, then re-add you as an editor?

Well, I don't know who sprinkled the pixie dust.....But somehow, mysteriously, I am now FINALLY able to access my site's editor. If it was you, thanks!  Smiley Wink

I didn't change anything, although it's possible logging in as the site owner caused something to update which fixed it. Glad it's working for you!

That is certainly unusual! Is that the same thing appearing when going to hc.weebly.com?

Okay! You should normally be able to contact support from there.

We're able to open the editor normally from here so far. Have you been able to try a different network?

This has to be an issue on the ISP end of things. I'm having the same issue right now with my Business Tier site, www.shadowcaststudios.com The only two sites on the internet that I can't open are my site created with Weebly and the main Weebly website/editor they both give the same Timed out error. However, when I disconnect my phone from our wifi and run it on just mobile data, my website and editor load as usual on my phone. So it has to be an ISP issue.

What ISP do you use, @shadowcast? This has happened in the past where an ISP will block us, and usually when customers contact them to complain they remove the block.

I believe our ISP is Comsouth. How ironic considering they really want us to take on some of their video production. What on earth do they block it for?

It's hard to say - we don't always know the reason. Since you've got a rapport with them they might listen a little closer than normal if you contact them.

I contacted them today and as of 3:45 P.M. today, the issue is resolved.
