Greetings,

I am seeking assistance getting into my website.

I logged in to my website a couple days prior and am now having an issue with getting my dash board page to load. The page is completly blank.

How may I access my dash board page once again to continue building my website?

Petey, typically when this happens, at least to me, it is on mobile. Probability is, its on mobile for the majority of people here. What happens is, people will input a block build, such as an Interactive Email Forum, where visitors will insert an email and recieve newsletters. Or it might not be that, just any block that requires a lot of loading. After allowing the block to load for over 10 minutes, it still hasn’t fully loaded, or perhaps it just “messed up.” I attempted to wait a full two hours, and it was yet to repair itself. Then I tried “killing” or double tapping the home button and swiping the app, wiping it. I then re-opened the app, and the home screen popped up as usual, saying “Loading Sites...” I waited and waited, and waited for an entire hour. The app had refused to open at all, and I re - tried opening the app and waiting it to load over and over again, and to no prevail, did it open. This is a problem that occurs often for me, so as a result, I typically stray away from those big blocks that require a lot of loading, unless I’m on PC or Computer. The problem sometimes repairs itself after I refuse to use the app for months. I waited three whole months, and I was able to re - use the app. I have no idea what happened, perhaps literally after three months of the app being closed it decided it was stupid to load for three months, but the problem stopped. But... Waiting three months for the app to decide to stop the process of loading isn’t ethical... Any ideas?

Hi,

Your website always loaded for me so I do beleve that it is something to do with your computer or wifi/internet.

Do your websites just take along time to laod ,same with the editor, or does an error message pop up?

Can you install any mac OS updates for you computer, then once that completes check to make sure that FireFox is updated to the newest version, @ELBSeattle? That may or not be the cause, but I'd like to rule that out just in case.
