How do I move a paid hosting plan to a different site in my account?

We currently have a Pro Plan on our site and have done a complete site redesign using a free site. I'd like to transfer the Pro account to the free site along with the site address. I submitted a help ticket under "Account or Billing Related", but not sure if this was the right thing to do. Can you clarify how I can make this transition?

I see two sites in your account and both are upgraded, @EthanB. Did you decide to simply upgrade the other site in your account?

Hello!  I need some help with this as well.

I have multiple weebly starter and pro sites and we had a client request we create a "new site" with a "new url" for the rebranding of the corporate wellness program we use the website to promote.  They are now asking if we can add a search bar to the newly created site but it currently is not available under the "starter site" version.  

Since we already paid for the pro site upgrade for their active but old weebly site and url, is it possible to switch it over to the new site?  We don't want to take the old site down but no longer needed it to be the pro version.

Weebly Site #1 - "Optimize Your Well-Being" (Pro-Site that we no longer need to be a Pro-Version)

Weebly Site #2 - "Dematic Well-Being" (Starter Site that we would like to transfer to Pro Version level to)

I have made an update on a copy of my pro plan site and I would like to move the pro plan to this new site 

The old one is "FAB FASHION AND BEAUTYTECH COMMUNITY" and the new one "FAB 05/05/2021"
Is there any solution?

Hi @fabcommunity I was going to move this for you, but I think you may have already been assisted? The site "FAB FASHION AND BEAUTYTECH COMMUNITY" is already set to a free plan.

I am having the same issue!  I have one site under PRO, I rebuilt the site and would like the PRO to move to that new site.  Please advise. 

On a different note, I cannot find a weebly phone number or email for support for the life of me.  And support live chat is supported by bot feed.  PLEASE HELP!

I've moved your service over to the rebuilt site for you. If you need to speak to our support team, tell the chatbot you need to speak to a representative and it will provide options. It's pretty good at doing this if you ask something which requires a person, but if you've run into something new then you can say that to it to get routed over to a support agent.

1. "PROJECT ECHELON" Pro Plan move to "Project Echelon"
2. "Racing for veterans" Pro Plan move to "Project Echelon Racing"

The system will not let me easily assign the plan to the correct site. Is it okay if I change the site title temporarily so that I can move the plan? 

Will you also be moving the domain name to the new site, and are you ready to move it now? I can move the domain when I move the plan.

I have (yet again) rebuilt a new site.  I need to move my PRO from the old JATAYLOR site to the NEW Jataylor site (which currently shows the weebly domain of janettaylorfineart.weebly).  I know how I can change the domain name over, just need to get the PRO attached to that new site.
