We currently have a Pro Plan on our site and have done a complete site redesign using a free site. I'd like to transfer the Pro account to the free site along with the site address. I submitted a help ticket under "Account or Billing Related", but not sure if this was the right thing to do. Can you clarify how I can make this transition?

I've moved your service over to the rebuilt site for you. If you need to speak to our support team, tell the chatbot you need to speak to a representative and it will provide options. It's pretty good at doing this if you ask something which requires a person, but if you've run into something new then you can say that to it to get routed over to a support agent.
