Contact forms not always working

Good morning, we have prepared a website almost ready to be published (www.sierrads.com). We have prepared a contact form (6 different pages in 6 different languages) to register our visitors and being able to provide more information.

The issue I have is that sometimes the forms works (you can see the record in the weebly editor) and the email in our account, but other times without a reason the record does not appear in weebly editor nor the email arrives. 

Is not a problem of SPAN is a problem with the form that sometimes work and sometimes no. 

Any suggestion?

Is this information based off of tests you have made? How often, and how quickly are you submitting the tests, and is the information always fully filled out? In other words, are you making sure to submit forms that do not look incomplete or possibly spammy by using a fake email address?
