I'm very disappointed with weebly's support system. Perhaps someone here has the know how? My website's contact form works just fine on PC and laptop. It however does not work on mobile devices. When tapping the fields to enter your details the keypad does not come up to make entries. My website : craftingsistas.weebly.com. If I can get this to work I will then consider paying for a domain.
A contact form is a critical element to a website so if this does not work (especially on mobile phones) I might as well shut my website down.
Hope someone can work out what to do!

Hi Adam
Thank you for getting back to me! Yes, I have carried out what you have suggested and and switched to another theme and yes it does work on the mobile device now.
In doing this switch I have now LOST MY HEADER TAGS (those big fat black bars going across the page) which took me lots of days and frustration to carry out!
I suppose I just have to work out how to do it all over again?
Never-the-less, thanks for the assistance - much appreciated!

Did you change anything with your theme, @Crafting-Sistas? It looks like your mobile navigation, while invisible, is actually covering up most of the page so it's preventing you from tapping it. Try switching back to the standard version of your theme and re-publishing - I bet that fixes it for you.

Hi Adam,
We are experiencng a similar issue. The contact form on our website works fine for desktop, however on mobile, when tapping submit, the confirmation message does not appear. The strange thing is the submission is actually sent. I can see it under Entires. The problem is that even though the form is submitted, the page does nothing, so the user assumes the form doesn't work, so they email us and say our form didn't work, which is annoying for them and doesn't look good for us.
When I use the Safari's dev tools to look at my iPhone, I can see an error in the console log:
Unable to post message to http://www.beechtreecustomcabinets.com. Recipient has origin https://www.beechtreecustomcabinets.com.
Looks like it's trying to send to HTTP, the origin is set to HTTPS. Yet, our domain is not SSL enabled. d
Any ideas?

Hi @fpeaker. It looks like you need to enable your SSL. Log into the editor, click Settings, then scroll to SSL and click Enable.
